Summary
When Allison joined SHINE FIT in Fall 2024, she never expected it would change the way she felt in her body — or that she’d be signing up for an entire year of membership. Before SHINE, her relationship with fitness was inconsistent at best. But after just one class, she found something that clicked.
Today, she’s completed the 6-Week Challenge, is halfway through her 8-Week Foundations Program, and is feeling stronger, more energized, and more confident than ever.
Before SHINE FIT: The Cycle of Inconsistency
Allison’s fitness journey was filled with false starts. She tried different workouts, stuck with them for a while, then lost motivation and never returned. She wanted to stay active—but nothing ever truly stuck.

“Just come. Be easy on yourself. Don’t put expectations on yourself—just try and do the best you can in the beginning. You will get better week by week.”
