Drop-Ins (class packs + flexible options)
Both are great—but they’re designed for very different goals. Choosing the right one will make a huge difference in your results and experience.

Drop-In
Drop-ins are built for flexibility and work best when you already have a solid routine in place.

Most Drop-In clients attend 4–6x/month (about once a week).

This is a great option if you want something fun and flexible without committing to a structured program.
Breaking It Down: Pros & Cons
6-Week Challenge (Coaching / Membership)
The 6-Week Challenge is designed to give you structure, consistency, and real results in a short period of time—and the investment is often more comparable than people expect.

Pricing typically ranges from $299–$499 for the full six weeks, with payment plans starting from just $49/week. When you break it down, this is often very similar to purchasing a class pack, but with significantly more support, access, and results.
The trade-off is that it requires a 6 Week commitment, but that’s exactly what allows you to build momentum and see meaningful progress.
Drop-Ins
Drop-ins give you the freedom to train on your own terms, without being locked into a routine.

Without structure, it can be harder to stay consistent and see results as quickly, but it’s a great fit if you’re already active.
All Your Drop-In Options (Full Breakdown)
If you’re leaning toward flexibility, you have a few different ways to structure your drop-in experience.
Single class → $34+HST, book anytime through the schedule
5-class pack → good short-term option (but most people run out quickly)
10-class pack → most popular, valid for 6 months
20-class pack → best value per class if you plan to come regularly
Recurring 4-class pack → monthly plan for ~1x/week consistency (~$26/class)
👉 If you’re on a trial, you likely have a completion bonus, which can bring your price per class down even further.
The key here is choosing the option that actually matches how often you realistically plan to come.
What About ClassPass?
Some people discover us through ClassPass, and while it can be helpful in certain situations, it’s important to understand how it fits into our studio.
ClassPass uses our drop-in rates ($28-34/class)
Availability is often limited, especially for prime times and specialty formats
Booking opens 7 days in advance (whereas majority of our clients book 4-12 weeks out)
ClassPass has a maximum number of spots allowed per class (usually 1-3), so classes may look full on ClassPass but still have space if you book directly
ClassPass can work if you’re attending very occasionally and have a flexible schedule, but if you’re looking for consistency, better access, endurance/strength results, and a real sense of community, booking directly through SHINE FIT is always the better option.
