What Was Clodagh's Relationship With Fitness Before SHINE?
Before joining SHINE, Clodagh hadn’t exercised in over 10 years. Like so many of us, she put everything else first—work, responsibilities, and life’s endless to-do list.
“I just stopped taking care of myself. It wasn’t intentional—it just happened.”
Her only form of movement was walking, and even that felt like a stretch some days. Deep down, she knew she wanted to feel better, but starting again felt daunting.

Curious but cautious, Clodagh decided to test it out: just two weeks to see if she’d actually stick with it.
“I wanted to see if it was something I would do consistently—or if I’d give up like before.”

“You’ll gain a hundred times what you give in those 45 minutes.”
