  • If you are living in poverty or extremely financially constrained, we have financial assistance available. Please apply for our Bursary Program

  • Will you have to make choices? Absolutely. If you have disposable income, take a look at if your spending matched your priorities. If your health and confidence is a priority, act accordingly.

  • If you have the money available, but don't feel worthy of spending it on yourself, this isn't a financial issue; it's a self-worth issue (see: mindset work needed)
