THE PROCESS
1.Apply
Fill out the application below. This should take 5-10 minutes. We want to see you are serious about committing to 3 sessions/week for the next 12 weeks, as well as completing all the mindset trainings and engaging in our community.
2. (If Accepted) Register
We are highly selective of the challengers we choose to work with as this is an intensive program. We have a Waitlist for challengers because we cap the number of challengers each Coach works with at any given time.
Qualified candidates are ready to commit to the program, have goals beyond aesthetic/weight loss, and are looking to get involved in our community. Our studio is not for everyone, and we want to help you find your new fitness community - whether that’s here or elsewhere!
If you are accepted, you will receive an email welcome letter and link to registration.
3. Complete Orientation
Your coach will reach out and help you with app setup, booking all classes for next 6 weeks, and completing our online member orientation.
4. Start Challenge
We accept challengers on a rolling basis, as capacity allows. Generally, we refer to your start date as the Monday after you register. (i.e. sign up on Thursday, you start on Monday)
INVESTMENT OPTIONS
There are TWO ways to join a 12 Week Challenge.
1. STANDALONE CHALLENGE
Purchase the 12 Week Challenge as a standalone program.
If you want to continue as a member (most challengers do), you can signup for a membership at the end of your challenge.
IN STUDIO (Yonge + Bloor) - $649 | ONLINE - $299
2. MEMBERSHIP
Sign up for a Membership, and we will give you the Challenge for FREE. What does this mean?
You must commit to 12 weeks of membership. We will give you all the extra accountability, fitness coaching and challenge perks that are not included in our standard membership.
If you choose not to continue, you can cancel your membership after 3 billing cycles (12 weeks). However, most challengers decide to stay for at least a year because they love their results + our community so much!
