  • If you are living in poverty or extremely financially constrained, we have financial assistance available. Please apply for our Bursary Program

  • Will you have to make choices? Absolutely. If you have disposable income, take a look at if your spending matched your priorities. If your health and confidence is a priority, act accordingly.

  • If you have the money available, but don't feel worthy of spending it on yourself, this isn't a financial issue; it's a self-worth issue (see: mindset work needed)

THE PROCESS

1.Apply

Fill out the application below. This should take 5-10 minutes. We want to see you are serious about committing to 4-5 sessions/week for the next 12 weeks, as well as completing all the mindset trainings and weekly check ins

2. (If Accepted) Register

We are highly selective of the challengers we choose to work with as this is an intensive program. We have a Waitlist for challengers because we cap the number of challengers each Coach works with at any given time. 

 

Qualified candidates are ready to commit to the program, have goals beyond aesthetic/weight loss, and are looking to get involved in our community. Our studio is not for everyone, and we want to help you find your new fitness community - whether that’s here or elsewhere!

If you are accepted, you will receive an email welcome letter and link to registration. 

3. Complete Orientation

Your coach will reach out and help you with app setup, booking all classes for next 6 weeks, and completing our online member orientation.

4. Start Challenge

We accept challengers on a rolling basis, as capacity allows. Generally, we refer to your start date as the Monday after you register. (i.e. sign up on Thursday, you start on Monday). If you'd like an immediate start, please indicate that in your application and we will do our best to get you started within 24 hours.

All guidance and instructions will be given upon registration in your unique member account in our app. 

COMPLETION PRIZE

We define a "successful challenger" as someone who completes 90% of the challenge. 

This means 90% of 4 workouts/week, 90% of mindset trainings, and 90% of weekly check ins. We don't expect perfection because life happens, and you need to be okay with imperfect action. 

Upon completing 90% of the challenge, you will receive:

1. a Certificate of Completion and recognition as a successful challenger within our community. Online challengers will receive this certificate in the mail within 14 days of completing their challenge. 

2. Credit towards our Year of Change Program. Your entire challenge fee will be credited towards the year of change program should you choose to stay on and complete a full SHINE FIT Transformation.

  • Full investment: $1,200

  • Payment plan: 3 instalments of $425

2. ONLINE

  • Full investment: $800

  • Payment plan: 3 instalments of $299

*** Successful challengers will earn the challenge investment ($1,200/$800) as credit towards our Year of Change program. 

2. YEAR OF CHANGE

IN STUDIO (Yonge + Bloor)

  • Full investment: $3,999

  • Payment plan: 12 instalments of $399

2. ONLINE

  • Full investment: $2,499

  • Payment plan: 12 instalments of $249
