We are highly selective of the members we accept, and only work with people we're certain we can give transformative results. Your transformation journey starts with a complimentary Intro Goal-Setting + Consultation. This is a no-strings-attached consultation; NOT a sales pitch. This is a genuine opportunity for us to get to know you. IF you're a good member candidate and demonstrate commitment, determination, and a genuine interest in joining our community, we will invite you to get started. We only accept 10 consultations a week, so if the calendar shows time slots, there is still space for you. Book now to reserve your time!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before appointment start time. NO-SHOW FEE: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without canceling within the 12-hour window, a $50 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not issue "just this one-time", "can I get a free pass", "this has never happened before", or "I won't do it again". This policy is in place out of respect for our coaches' time, who have reserved time to meet with you 1:1, as well as for the studio's time as the space is reserved for you and you only during your appointment timeslot.
