WHAT IS 1:1 COACHING?

Welcome to our 1:1 Fitness Coaching Program! There are limited spots available in this exclusive offer to transform your fitness. 

 

With 1:1 Coaching, you are paired with a Master Trainer, who will serve as your dedicated mentor and guide throughout the entire process. Your success is our top priority, and that's why we provide a flexible, personalized fitness plan tailored specifically to your individual needs and aspirations. 

 

Together, you and your Master Trainer will work collaboratively to identify and set precise fitness-specific goals, creating a roadmap to help you achieve remarkable results. Get ready to push your limits, conquer challenges, and experience a level of personalized coaching like never before.

WHO IS IT FOR?

  • You have an unpredictable schedule and you need a dynamic training plan to accommodate for variances week to week

  • You want personal attention and extreme accountability 

  • You want master guidance and a training plan that works towards your specific goals

  • You are ready to seriously invest in your health and fitness and make a permanent change!


 

TRAINING GOALS

  • TBD by client, can be fitness or confidence related

 

TRAINING PLAN

  • 3-5 sessions per week, depending on client goals​

  • Hybrid and entirely flexible training, with a mix of pre-defined on demand classes and in person sessions 

  • Dynamic training schedule depending on jobs/other activity that week 

  • Minimum 1x mindset training per week 


 

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Daily messaging communication with your trainer via the SHINE Member App

  • Access to SHINE Community Groups for group support

  • Weekly check in meeting - online option for weeks you are not available in person

PROGRESS TRACKING

  • Trainer will work with client to find tracking measures that are non-triggering to body image/past fitness trauma

  • Suggestions:

    • Check in photos taken by Jess and stored on Jess’ phone to be reviewed together

    • PROCESS tracking - measuring when you showed up 

  • Other measures: 

    • recommended - using a wearable (provided) for at least one week to measure daily activity and heart rate during workouts

    • Optional - use estimates from fitness wearable to check in with a registered dietician about nutrition habits 


 

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Personalized, week by week fitness plan with links to specific on demand classes

  • Daily DM communication via SHINE App

  • Weekly accountability meeting (in person or online) (10-20min)

  • Unlimited studio classes

  • Unlimited SHINE online access to on demand classes, live streams, and mindset training

  • Personal program in shine app to track steps (if requested)

  • 1 Personal Training session every 4 weeks to record form + strength improvements 

    • I.e. 8 week program, 3 sessions (beginning, 4 weeks in, and end)

    • I.e. 12 week program - 4 sessions (beginning, 4 weeks, 8 weeks in + end)

Keep in mind, the value of 1:1 fitness coaching does not lie in a specific # of workouts or session credits; it’s in the overall fitness transformation, flexibility of dynamic training, and personal support.
