Service Description

Thank you for your interest in SHINE FIT. We are so excited you're interested in joining our community. Due to overwhelming demand, we do not have the capacity to interview all applicants. Standout applicants have been invited to this group session to observe a live class, tour the studio and speak with Head Coach Jess about their goals. WHAT TO EXPECT: Our Head Coach runs 1-3 New Client Intro Sessions each week. You will observe a live class in action, see the energy of our members, do a brief studio tour and sit down with other new prospective members. Guided by the Coach, you'll chat about your goals, current routine, past experiences with fitness and food, and what changes you're looking to make. You’ll also get personalized recommendations on how many in-person sessions might work best for you. No pressure, just a conversation! INFO SESSION INCLUDES: - observe a live class in action - LIVE Goal Setting Session with Head Coach Jess Takimoto - opportunity to ask about trial options Info Session registration is complimentary. Spots are limited and registration is required. Please note: trial program spots are highly coveted and by acceptance only. Attending the goal setting session does not guarantee admission into the studio. Exceptional candidates will be offered acceptances at the live session.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule any class bookings up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. NO SHOW POLICY If you do not cancel your spot in advance/do not show up to your scheduled class, there will be a $20 no show fee applied to your account and you will lose the class credit. Not showing up or giving notice is the most disrespectful thing you can do to your coaches, fellow teammates, and our administrative team. LATE CANCEL POLICY If you would like to cancel (or reschedule) your class within the 24 hour period before class, there is a $10 late cancel fee. The class credit will be returned to your account for future use. TO LATE CANCEL: please send a message to "SHINE FIT Admin" in the SHINE app with the headline "LATE CANCEL: I would like to cancel my spot for _____(class type, date and time)______. I am letting you know so you can open up the spot to members on the waitlist". Our team will send the $10 invoice, and once paid, the class credit will be returned to your account. We understand that sometimes last minute situations arise which would cause you to be unable to attend your scheduled class. This updated late cancel policy allows you to keep your class credit, and also open the spot for someone on the waitlist. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not issue "just this one-time", "can I get a free pass", "this has never happened before", or "I won't do it again" - INCLUDING FOR FIRST TIMERS.
