SHINE FIT is on a mission to help you ditch diet culture & transform your confidence.
After years of body dysmorphia, disordered eating and over-exercising, founder Jess Takimoto healed her toxic relationship with fitness, and has over 1,000 women do the same.
Our programs are designed to change your relationship with yourself.
We will teach you how to change your negative self-talk and self-sabotaging habits. You will learn how to change the way you see yourself and how you view exercise.
Our community will support you through every step of the journey, and our coaches will hold you accountable to making this commitment part of your life forever.
