After years of body dysmorphia, disordered eating and over-exercising, founder Jess Takimoto healed her toxic relationship with fitness, and has over 1,000 women do the same.
Our programs encompass fitness + mindset + community, and you can join online or in person at our Yonge & Bloor studio.
