This 12 Week Challenge program is specifically for studio members, or online members who plan to do livestream only! FLEXIBLE CLASSES It is setup to be a 2+2 workout split - so your goal is to do 2 strength classes, and 2 cardio classes each week (just like the livestream). However, you can customize it if you prefer 3 cardio/1 strength or 1 cardio/3 strength. Do NOT do all cardio or all strength; you need a MIX of both for a healthy and balanced workout routine. STRUCTURED CHECK INS Please adhere to the given weekly check ins and mindset trainings. If you have any questions or need any modifications, ask your coach!
