Low + Slow Strength

Pilates-based, full body strength training


Service Description

Low + Slow is our pilates-based strength workout. It is a 45min choreographed, low-intensity strength training workout. We rotate between leg, core training and upper body training with a mix of floor work and standing strength training. In Low + Slow, we follow a traditional pilates training principles to help you build a strong core and functional strength. This is a slower-paced class with lots isometric holds and pulses, which is both ideal for beginners and challenging for the most seasoned athletes. Expect to isolate smaller muscle groups, with tracks not seen. in any other class formats - standing core - plank track - back track - ab isolations - booty work & more! This class is awesome if you're looking for chill-er vibes and a totally unique muscle challenge. We would recommend this for first-timers.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: You may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before session start time. NO-SHOW FEE: If you fail to attend your scheduled class without canceling within the 6-hour window, a $15 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account, and you will also lose the class credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not issue "just this one-time", "can I get a free pass", "this has never happened before", or "I won't do it again".
