Service Description

Dance Strength is a choreographed, low-intensity strength training workout. For 40 minutes we rotate between leg, core training and upper body training with a mix of floor work and standing strength training! In Dance Strength, you are going to be doing moves such as: - Squats - Lunges - Pushups (WOOT WOOT) - Crunches - Bicycles - Planks - BOOTY SHAKES We offer options for ALL FITNESS levels in every class, so even if you have any sort of mobility restrictions etc, we have an option for you. ​This class will leave you feeling like you just spent the night out at the club with your friends because of all the hip hop, rap and pop-inspired tunes, the booty shakes and hip swings worked into the choreo, and the super fun dance breaks in between making your muscles WORK! It may leave your msucles feeling like NOODLES, but we promise it will be in the best way!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: You may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before session start time. NO-SHOW FEE: If you fail to attend your scheduled class without canceling within the 6-hour window, a $15 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account, and you will also lose the class credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not issue "just this one-time", "can I get a free pass", "this has never happened before", or "I won't do it again".
