Service Description

CKB is a choreographed high-intensity cardio class. This is NOT HIIT (high intensity intervals), rather high intensity steady state cardio. You can expect your heart rate to feel 9/10 for 40 minutes straight. CKB classes are based on classic cardio kickboxing moves. You are going to be doing moves such as: - Jabs - Crosses - Undercuts - Hooks - punch combos - Knee drives - Roundhouse kicks And of course... it's in classic SHINE style. This means, expect awesome music. CKB classes have heavy hip hop + rap playlists, so if you've had a bad day and need to punch out some anger... this is the class for you! Options are provided for all fitness levels. However, this is a very fast-paced and intense class. If you are getting back into fitness for the first time, we recommend starting with Dance HIIT or Dance Cardio first.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: You may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before session start time. NO-SHOW FEE: If you fail to attend your scheduled class without canceling within the 6-hour window, a $15 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account, and you will also lose the class credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not issue "just this one-time", "can I get a free pass", "this has never happened before", or "I won't do it again".
