strength class with loop resistance bands


Service Description

This is an intense strength workout. In this class, you will use loop resistance bands to isolate and challenge smaller muscle groups. This is an advanced class and only recommended for members who have a solid understanding and ability to do functional moves, like squats, lunges, planks, pushups, etc. (developed in Dance Strength classes) Expect pop music, upbeat vibes, and compound movements (i.e. using multiple muscle groups at once). You can expect unique exercises including: - travelling squats - curtsey lunges - bicep/tricep work - shoulder isolations & more! This class has limited floor work and planks, so it's ideal if you have joint issues or physical limitations. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. If you're a first-timer, we recommend starting with Low + Slow or Dance Strength before trying a Bands class.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: You may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before session start time. NO-SHOW FEE: If you fail to attend your scheduled class without canceling within the 6-hour window, a $15 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account, and you will also lose the class credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not issue "just this one-time", "can I get a free pass", "this has never happened before", or "I won't do it again".
