The Struggle with Consistency

Like many, Rithika wanted to stay active but found traditional gym environments demotivating. She had always enjoyed dancing but didn’t want to commit to a formal dance studio. That’s when she turned to Google, searched dance fitness, and found SHINE FIT.
Taking the First Step
