Service Description

Welcome to SHINE Online! This is a 15min Zoom Orientation with Jess Takimoto. In this call, you'll go over: - how to access on demand classes - how to book and cancel livestream classes - how to use the Member App, access the Community Group, and message our team within the app - other resources, including SHINE Stories, Wellness Workshops and Mindset Trainings - class formats we offer, and how to structure your workout routine so it's realistic, safe and effective - how to join an in studio class and use your discounted drop in rate This is also an opportunity to ask any questions and talk about your goals. For Jess, this is (selfishly) an opportunity to put a face to your name and get to know you! WHEN TO BOOK This is a mandatory call and we highly recommend you book this call within 48 hours of your membership start. RETURNING MEMBERS If you are a returning member that did SHINE Online during the pandemic, you still need to do this call! So much has changed about how to access classes that you will be #lostinthesauce if you don't do it.


Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before appointment start time. NO-SHOW FEE: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without canceling within the 12-hour window, a $50 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not issue "just this one-time", "can I get a free pass", "this has never happened before", or "I won't do it again". This policy is in place out of respect for our coaches' time, who have reserved time to meet with you 1:1, as well as for the studio's time as the space is reserved for you and you only during your appointment timeslot.
