Next Steps Call

Service Description

Nearing the end of your trial? Looking to make a change in your routine? Please schedule a Next Steps call so we can review what's working, what's not, and what the best Next Steps for you are. If you are choosing to continue in the community, your coach will help you determine a REALISTIC plan so you can make a lifestyle change & stick with it! We will help you set goals and create a plan that are achievable and sustainable for you. If you are leaving the community, we want to ensure you leave on great terms and have clarity & confidence as you take the next steps on your journey. In this call, you will meet a coach, go over your current routine/fitness level to select the best class formats for you, as well as review/set some goals for yourself. You can complete this meeting via Zoom OR in studio. This will be a 1:1 private call with one of our expert coaches, who will remain your coach for the duration of your trial.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before appointment start time. NO-SHOW FEE: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without canceling within the 12-hour window, a $50 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not issue "just this one-time", "can I get a free pass", "this has never happened before", or "I won't do it again". This policy is in place out of respect for our coaches' time, who have reserved time to meet with you 1:1, as well as for the studio's time as the space is reserved for you and you only during your appointment timeslot.
