About the event
Come join the QLEAD team at a special workout event hosted by SHINE! We will be holding a in-person (option to join the live stream) HIIT Cardio class to raise awareness for Kids Sport, a charity focused on funding youth who cannot afford to participate in sports activities within their community. All proceeds made by the event will be given to the charity.
