CLASS DESCRIPTION: SHINE Dance HIIT is a high intensity cardio workout choreographed to music you know and love. Expect moves like jumping jacks, running, burpees, tuck jumps - and of course, dance breaks. Options are provided for all fitness levels. In all SHINE Classes, we encourage you to ditch diet culture and transform your confidence. Come burn off stress, gain strength, and have fun!
