Calling all Monday Girls that want to sweat, socialize + get inspired. Join us for a private wellness workshop with SHINE FIT Founder + Head Coach Jess Takimoto (@jesstakimotofitness). This 75min event will include a 45min Pilates-based strength class plus mini-mindset workshop and social time.

About the event
In case you heard about this from a friend, my name is Jess Takimoto (@jesstakimotofitness), I am the founder of SHINE FIT and I am running this event because I want to get to know YOU and the other amazing women in the Monday Girl community.
🙅♀️If you're not sure if this event is for you or feel like you're not "fit enough" to join a wellness event, let's get this straight:
This is for all fitness levels, sizes, shapes and colours!
You don't need to be fit or have a wardrobe full of matching sets to join.
This is meant to be a fun event to sweat and socialize not just "networking" or "building connections"
We pride ourselves in being a BODY POSITIVE and ANTI-DIET women's fitness studio.
No matter what you look like, how fit you are, or how much you know about fitness, I WANT YOU.
Here's what you can expect:
💪🏼 45min Pilates-based strength workout (options for all fitness levels) - read more about what the workout entails below
🧠 Mini-Mindset Workshop: we will discuss how to change your self-image so you can fianlly workout consistently and love your body (as well as why that's crucial for your career!!)
Mix + Mingle: After the structured programming, it's all on you. Mix, mingle, and make new friends.

Low + Slow is our pilates-based strength workout. It is a 45min choreographed, low-intensity strength training workout. We rotate between leg, core training and upper body training with a mix of floor work and standing strength training. In Low + Slow, we follow a traditional pilates training principles to help you build a strong core and functional strength. This is a slower-paced class with lots isometric holds and pulses, which is both ideal for beginners and challenging for the most seasoned athletes. Expect to isolate smaller muscle groups, with tracks not seen. in any other class formats - standing core - plank track - back track - ab isolations - booty work & more! This class is awesome if you're looking for chill-er vibes and a totally unique muscle challenge. We would recommend this for first-timers.

EVENT CANCELLATION + NO SHOW POLICY: our events have limited space and are always sold out. You can cancel your spot until 24 hours in advance without penalty. Tickets are non-transferrable. If you do not show up, you will be charged a $30 no show fee. No exceptions.
