CLASS DESCRIPTION: Low + Slow is our pilates-based strength workout. It is a 45min choreographed, low-intensity strength training workout. We rotate between leg, core training and upper body training with a mix of floor work and standing strength training. Â
In Low + Slow, we follow a traditional pilates training principles to help you build a strong core and functional strength. This is a slower-paced class with lots isometric holds and pulses, which is both ideal for beginners and challenging for the most seasoned athletes. Â
Expect to isolate smaller muscle groups, with tracks not seen in any other class formatsÂ
