About the event
CLASS DESCRIPTION: Low + Slow is our pilates-based strength workout. It is a 45min choreographed, low-intensity strength training workout. We rotate between leg, core training and upper body training with a mix of floor work and standing strength training.
In Low + Slow, we follow a traditional pilates training principles to help you build a strong core and functional strength. This is a slower-paced class with lots isometric holds and pulses, which is both ideal for beginners and challenging for the most seasoned athletes.
Expect to isolate smaller muscle groups, with tracks not seen in any other class formats

& more! This class is awesome if you're looking for chill-er vibes and a totally unique muscle challenge. We would recommend this for first-timers.
