Female Founders Coffee + Networking

Calling all female founders, solo-preneurs, and content creators!

In case you heard about this from a friend, my name is Jess Takimoto (@jesstakimotofitness), I am the founder of SHINE FIT and I am running this event because I want to connect my awesome founder friends together. I have personally struggled with working alone from home all the time and wished I could find more casual events to meet other founders/creatives/business owners, but didn't know where to find that... so I'm making my own!

I did more than enough of the stuffy, overly-formal networking events in business school and that is not the vibe 🙅‍♀️ This is meant to be getting coffee with friends, not just "networking" or "building connections"

Here's the plan:

🚀 20min structured "Speed Dating": At the beginning, I'll dig out my camp counsellor hat and run a quickie little game to get the energy up, the vibes goin and give you a chance to say hi to everyone.

💬 Chill Mingle Time: After the structured game, it's all on you. Mix, mingle, and make new friends. It's like a coffee date with a room full of inspiring individuals.

No need to dress to impress, just be yourself! Bring your ideas, enthusiasm, and your love for a good cup of joe. Coffee will be provided. If you feel like bringing snacks or baked goodies, I will never say no ;)

Time: 10am-Noon (games start at 10:15)

Location: Yonge + Bloor

(it's at my fitness studio so big empty room with lots of space to move around)
