Join Team SHINE for a FREE 35min HIIT Cardio class in support of Eating Disorder Awareness Week. For every person that does the class and tags @shine.s.c and @the_nedic in an Instagram story, we will donate $1 to the National Eating Disorder Information Centre of Canada.
