December Vision Board Making Workshop

Calling all ambitious women with big goals for 2024! Get ready to ignite your dreams and conquer 2024 with a night of inspiration, connection, and vision board creation!

In case you heard about this from a friend, my name is Jess Takimoto (@jesstakimotofitness), I am the founder of SHINE FIT. I am running this event because I love creating vision boards and totally geek out on personal development. In the past, I have always gone at it alone, and this year, I'd like to do it in a group of other amazing ladies!

I've been to plenty overly-formal, stuffy,  and structured "professional development workshops" 🙅‍♀️ This is meant to be a relaxed event like making a vision board with besties, not a formal "professional development workshop".

Here's The Plan

💬  Speed Dating: Break the ice and expand your network with our exciting speed vision dating round. Connect with like-minded women, share your dreams, and discover potential collaborators and allies on your journey.

💭 Quick Vision-Setting Exercise: Kickstart the evening by setting clear intentions for the new year. Through a quick and impactful vision-setting exercise, you'll gain clarity on your goals and aspirations.

✨ Vision Board Creation: Dive into the heart of the event with an extended session to create your vision board. We provide all the supplies you need, and to make it even more personal, feel free to bring in old magazines and any specific goal images you've printed in advance.

🍬 Supplies and Light Treats Included!

No need to worry about materials—we've got you covered! Crafting supplies for your vision board will be provided, and to keep your creative energy flowing, enjoy light treats throughout the evening.

Specfically, each attendee will be given:

- 1 cardboard board

- access to scissors, glue, tape, stickers, markers, etc.

- other general crafting supplies

Attendees are encouraged to bring in old magazines and if they have any specific goals, print those images in advance.

📍 Location: SHINE FIT (Yonge + Bloor)

(it's at my fitness studio so big empty room with lots of space to move around)

💸 Nominal Registration Cost:

To cover the cost of supplies and treats, there is a nominal registration fee. If you are financially constrained and this is a barrier to entry, please contact me directly about our financial assistance program.
