August Community Class

Get ready for an EPIC community event. This month we are celebrating SUMMER!

If you're new to themed classes, we expect you to dress up for the theme!

CLASS DESCRIPTION: SHINE Dance HIIT is a high intensity cardio workout choreographed to music you know and love. Expect moves like jumping jacks, running, burpees, tuck jumps - and of course, dance breaks. Options are provided for all fitness levels. In all SHINE Classes, we encourage you to ditch diet culture and transform your confidence. Come burn off stress, gain strength, and have fun!

WHAT TO BRING:

- your themed outfit (duh)

- clean indoor running shoes

- water bottle
