Service Description
Musical Theatre Cardio is a choreographed, moderate-intensity cardio workout. For 40 minutes we will jam out to musical hits, get our heart rates up, and have a solid dance party! Some Musicals you can expect tracks from: - Mamma Mia - Wicked - The Wiz - Grease - Mean Girls - Hairspray - High School Musical - The Greatest Showman - Chicago - Hamilton We offer options for ALL FITNESS levels in every class, so even if you have any sort of mobility restrictions etc, we have an option for you. This class will leave you feeling like you just spent the night out at the theatre with your friends!

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule any class bookings up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. SAVED CREDIT CARD Clients must have a card saved on file in order for us to administer late cancel and no show fees. Booking is not permitted without a card saved. NO SHOW POLICY If you do not cancel your spot in advance/do not show up to your scheduled class, there will be a $20 no show fee applied to your account and you will lose the class credit. Not showing up or giving notice is the most disrespectful thing you can do to your coaches, fellow teammates, and our administrative team. LATE CANCEL POLICY If you would like to cancel (or reschedule) your class within the 24 hour period before class, there is a $10 late cancel fee. The class credit will be returned to your account for future use. We understand that sometimes last minute situations arise which would cause you to be unable to attend your scheduled class. This updated late cancel policy allows you to keep your class credit, and also open the spot for someone on the waitlist. RESPONSIBILITY It is the client's responsibility to manage, reschedule, and cancel their own bookings. Failure to do so within the time windows stated above will result in the Late Cancel or No Show Fees being applied. No exceptions will be made for "just this one-time", "can I get a free pass", "this has never happened before", or "I won't do it again".
