TEST!!! 2 hour zoom call where you prep whatever you want (or even do groceries during lol). You would register in advance so you have a scheduled time & accountability to meal prep for the week. This is NOT a social - maybe we'll have some fun background tunes, but you just stay on the call and do your thing.

Cancellation Policy

LATE CANCEL: You can cancel your livestream up to 10min before class start time without penalty. NO SHOW: Failure to cancel or show up to a booked livestream will result in a $20 no show fee. This is because our coaches wait to start class until all participants have arrived.
