1:1 Meeting with our Head Coach.
Service Description
This interview is by invitation only. We have very limited spots available and our Head Coach's time is very valuable. WHAT TO EXPECT: This is a 1:1 meeting with one of our expert coaches. We’ll chat about your goals, current routine, past experiences with fitness and food, and what changes you're looking to make. You’ll also get personalized recommendations on how many in-person sessions might work best for you. No pressure, just a conversation! When you first arrive, you will be asked to fill out an Intake Questionnaire and may have the opportunity to observe a live class in action. Please Note: You can choose in person or zoom. If you have never been into the studio before and are interested in a Hybrid or In Person Challenge, please book in person.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before appointment start time. NO-SHOW FEE: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without canceling within the 12-hour window, a $50 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not issue "just this one-time", "can I get a free pass", "this has never happened before", or "I won't do it again". This policy is in place out of respect for our coaches' time, who have reserved time to meet with you 1:1, as well as for the studio's time as the space is reserved for you and you only during your appointment timeslot.
