This is an intensive program requiring a DAILY commitment. You will be putting mindset training into practice. If you have been listening to mindset trainings consistently, but your actions have not changed much (i.e. you WANT to have the confidence to wear certain outfits, but you have only actually done it once or twice this summer, this is for you) You are expected to be responsible and pro-active posting updates and filling out check ins. Program Guidelines: - Complete at least 2.5 hours of activity every week. I will create a custom workout plan including classes (in studio/online) and any other workouts or activities (i.e. hiking trip, bike ride, swimming, etc) based on your schedule for the month - 1 mindset training/day, 5 days/week. You must spend at least 1.5 hours each WEEK working on your mindset. New mindset trainings will continue to be added 1-2x/week. - Confidence goal: must set a physical confidence goal that is non-fitness related at the beginning of the program. For example, wear tank top to a social event, purchase a new summer outfit, apply for a promotion at work, etc. You will held accountable to completing this goal by the end of the month. - Weekly Video Check In: you must submit a weekly video (1-2min) talking to the camera about what you’ve learned and what your biggest win was - ADDITIONAL RESOURCES: - Exclusive group in the shine app with our small group where you will post a daily update post of completing your workout and mindset training
